I understand personally that some people need to be on strong medication to function, so I hope you don't feel stigmatized by some of the response. Many of us on the forum are on antipsychotics and do trip. I would be wary of seratonin syndrome with everything else. Psychiatrists tend to pile things on, so maybe with the harmalas you will be able to wean off of the riskiest ones.
