Hilariously, this organism:

Mycobacterium smegmatis - Wikipedia

is listed as being capable of producing ergothioneine. If the Latin name of this bacterium wasn't sufficient of a hint, it seems "genital secretions (smegma)" could be used as a health supplement :ROFLMAO:
