This very much ties in with the demotivation you describe.A dear, departed friend of mine was on Olanzapine and, while he put on a ton of weight at least partly from the drowsiness (not to mention a diet of pizza on top of restricted mobility after a RTA), it did seem to help stop him from randomly attacking cops.Yeah, bootstrap yourself whatever way you can - being kind to yourself and getting into a personal hygiene routine would make an important part of that. Cessation of antipsychotic medication is a tricky one, I'd say, since the last time that my late friend stopped was immediately prior to his relapse into paranoid psychosis. It's a shame that it has such anti-motivational effects.
