Yopo?  Contains DMT.  It can contain NN-DMT, 5MEO-DMT, and Buffotenine.  Some folks think of "doing DMT" as smoking it as a purified extract, in freebase form.  Different forms of DMT have different effects, differing methods of assimilation also lead to different effects.  Freebase extracts can have high concentrations (95%+) of NN-DMT.  When you assimilate it by the smoking method (as opposed to snorting Yopo), it's overwhelming.  No focus on the effects is needed.  Your consciesness is immediately and profoundly transported.  It's something like melting into another dimension but also like going for a ride on a tornado.  You can forget what you've just done almost as soon as you set down the pipe, you can fear that you've died.  You could be torn away from space and time.  You could "break-thru" and find yourself amongst alien vistas and entities.  But we don't have DMT on the planet Vulcan.
