What should Swim use to clean the DMT-fumarate residue off the inside of my glass jars?

So swim has done the blab tek and has some glass jars with some remaining DMT fumarate dried hard to the insides. Is there any special method of getting this residue away from the glass other than with a good old razor blade?

use a bit of warm water to dissolve it and evaporate the water in a wide easy-to-scrape container
