Nice to see other English people on the board, welcome! Don't worry, the simplest extraction, STB with a naphtha pull and a freeze precipitation is simple to grasp for the layman. You'll get all the support you need on this board. DMT isn't as scary as a lot of people think, and you don't need to go for a high dose straight away, I worked my way up from threshold doses to get a feel for the material.
