So far the worst thing SWIM tried with mescaline was bufotenine, so SWIM's vote is for the last option. It took away all the positive effects of the mescaline and the bufotenine. SWIM is talking about pure white powdered mescaline here, not cactus or a cactus extract (which contains MAOIs, sedatives, and other stuff besides mescaline), which is very different from pure mescaline. He’s also talking about pure white bufotenine, and not a simple Yopo/Vilca extract.
