I would wait.

Tread carefully, do as much research as you can stand, then more,

dabble before you dive.

But without a doubt. WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE 100% IN THIS WORLD AGAIN BEFORE LEAVING.Integration is as important, if not more so, than any out of body experience.

And if leaving this world gave you anxiety and depression, this sort of stuff may not be your thing.
