White & black specks from bugs on CBD plant - safety

I got some bugs (don't know which) on my CBD plant in its final three days or so. The plant wasn't noticeably damaged, but the bugs left some white and black specks on the now dried yield. It's impossible to remove all of it due to stickiness and smallness. I want to make an alcohol tincture with my yield, but now wonder if I can do so safely?

Help appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, looks like it. The specks are so small that it's hard to capture it on camera.
Here are 2 pictures from right after trimming (i.e. before drying). One is a bug and the other shows the white specks, which have since shrunken and are hardly visible. Any idea about the white specks?

Thanks!

Thanks for the picture, that one is much clearer. It seems longer than a black bean aphid, I'm not familiar with it. It does look like some other kind of aphid, in that case it's likely that the specks are still the exoskeletons left over from molting. But it would be best to identify the specific aphid.

In that case, I suppose there were aphids and that's why a ladybird laid eggs there. So maybe the bugs before were black bean aphids after all.
Blackfly as we might call them in the UK, I think Aphids may come in a few colours but they are basically the same plant-sucking critters. I'd be a bit annoyed they were stuck on my trichomes for a meaty finish to my homegrow!
