Back when I joined this wasn't required but I think it's nice to get a idea of who the person is behind all of their posts so I am going to throw in my intro.
I am vovin 38 year old hillbilly son of a coal miner and in college for mechanical engineering (materials science specialty). I used DMT about 6-7 years ago and as some may know I wrote a tek back then on extraction. Currently I do not use illegal substances. I am just here for the intellectual stimulation.
I had a loss of religion when I was 11 years old and realized that the bible simply did not make sense. Learned about mysticism from my great aunt who was a secret wiccan at the time and was fascinated with it’s mysteries ever since. At youth I suffered from extreme bouts of depression and I wasn’t highly social as my father was a alcoholic and we were dirt poor, as in no electricity poor.
I spent the best part of my 20’s and 30’s studying various aspects of spirituality. I lived on the standing rock reservation studying the native american path in my early twenties and lived in a thelemic abbey as a monk in san diego for 3 years. I have done allot of crazy stuff some I am proud of and some I am not.
Now the ugly I spent 2 ½ years in prison 1 year for counterfeiting and another for escaping prison and a half for vanishing from my probation officer for 7 years, sufficient to say I do not respond well to authority. I was kicked out of the army for trying to kill my gunnery seargent with a fire hose, nearly drowned him. Luckily he was very prejudice and other soldiers made statement of his actions on my behalf so they decided to just kick me out instead of a court martial. Was stationed in germany for 2 years.
I have lived in a society of violence and male bravado most of my life. I have worked hard to move beyond my redneck upbringing and I like to think I have done so although it does sometimes sneak up on me.
