Why the desire for crystal product and why MHRB?

Migrated topic.

It's not what we do, it's how we do it.
I'm new and I don't understand something basic: if I'm trying to make something to smoke, why not a wax and vape or smoke it on a leaf bed? Why the need to refine to crystal?
And, why are y'all paying people to rip up MH trees when they could just be picking leaves from P Viridis?!
Thank you.

I like the oily goo.
I really like the oily goo if you add in a touch of crystal spice.
It feels like a vitamin working it’s way through my body and soul.
On a couple of occasions I pull and pull and pull then mix everything together. So good.
Seems like a slightly harsher smoke but just go low and slow..you’ll get there

White crystals are a sign of purity with most of the drugs one knows. White fluffy crytals are more apetizing for one's eyes. One agrees that to hurt a tree so ctitically is the worst option compared to harvesting P Virids. If there is a concrete reason why, perhaps higher dmt yield or easier extraction, one is interesting in learning this.

If you’re interested in the leaf bed method look into changa and enhanced leaf. The reason for refined crystal is because no ody wants junk mixed in with their target molecule. It’s a pretty universal practice and helps with things like precision dosing as well as making a good ingredient, you want purity.

As far as ripping up mh trees, seems at this point in time, again similar with most things, there are more ethical routes than others to do whatever it is you’re doing. It is on you to make sure your actions fall in line with your beliefs. One of the more active topics I see here that I don’t see elsewhere is the search for other plants that contain active ingredients, thus lessening the burden on a specific few. I believe your battle in that regard is elsewhere.

I have drunk 500 grams (!) of P. viridis in one go and not felt anything, so there is that. Most of the the leaf available outside of the Amazon is poor quality or inactive.

MHRB is very potent. ACRB, being a weed, is an even more sustainable alternative.

Growing P. viridis is not that easy. My friends in a tropical climate (but not in the Amazon) grow it in greenhouses for shade and protection from pests and on drip lines (they're thirsty) and they're still affected by bugs and need to be cleaned by hand. MH, on the other hand, grows freely without any help.

As for crystal vs goo, I think it's a concern for those vaping or smoking. For drinking it doesn't matter.

Thanks man! I will look into ACRB. Being a noob I'm overwhelmed by the chemistry, so if I end up with goo i'll just mix it into a leaf like mullein I think!

The viridis ive been growing is little to no maintenance, in zone 9a/b. Never had bugs on it either while everything around it had a few mealys. However I cannot confirm the quality of leaf. It’s difficult for me to pluck and cut my plants. Someday though.

I totally see why people want purity for weighing out doses. Good practice for sure.
