Wild Dagga Changa is horribly disgusting. Also tobacco changa?

Maybe I need to clean my bong but I had a huge toke of some changa i made with Wild Dagga petals and it was one of the most disgusting things I've ever smoked. It was a pretty large 200mg bowl of 1:1:1 blend but yeah. I had to actually get up and wash my mouth out... not going to use that ever again.

It was an interesting experience still because at first I thought it didn't do anything, normally I get the whole waiting room kind of deal right away and then just get to mellow out in the changa experience. But the visuals were practically nonexistent, very dark and muddled and I was like this taste in my mouth has got to go and that somehow didn't do anything. Walking to the kitchen however it was like I was in hologram reality but yeah I think I would avoid wild dagga just because the taste was so off.

Also I have made some changa blends that were downright hard to ignite, like just greasy, oily stuff that takes like your entire lung capacity to get burning. I'm not quite sure what is in that herbal smoking blend I have but yeah... it kinda sucks need to get some better herbs. But if your changa is hard to light try sprinkling a small amount of 'virgin' herb on top, that usually gets it going.

Some people tend to smoke tobacco with weed. The shamans in the Amazonian region tend to smoke large amounts of tobacco during the ceremony... Has anyone tried using tobacco as a carrier substance? I feel like this wouldn't be for most people but I'm surprised nobody has ever talked about this as far as I know?

Not changa, but I've used wild dagga flowers for the sandwich method many moons ago. It was both unpleasant to taste and led to my nearly fainting from postural hypotension (not that walking around on DMT is necessarily a good idea anyhow). I'd agree with the suggestion of avoiding this particular combo.
Glad you were okay hehe. I'll be on the lookout for some Pau D'Arco next time for a herb.
