Will this work with changa?

Hi guys, a tobacco shop in my neighborhood brought I similar pipe and I examined it a while I thought its a nice cool little guy but will it work with changa? Does it need any modification (screens on top of the cone)?
Actually I need to straighten one more thing about changa. Does it matter if the fire "touches" the leaf? I mean how come it burns clean spice but most people smoke burning changa? Does changa require a top layer?

yeah that would work fine. and whatever modifications you do to make it vape the changa would be well recieved. one thing you could do it move the flame back and forth really fast while you pull and char the top w/out really cherry-ing it and then cherry it with hit number 2.
 
That looks like a nice little changa bowl.

I like to hold the lighter above the leaf a good bit to kinda vaporize it the first couple of hits. It will usually light on it's own without ever needing to apply the flame directly.

Ok guys I bought it but I'm not sure if I'll use it well on changa. I tested it with some salvia and experienced the most dense salvia trip yet. Almost fell of the chair it's a mirakle how this thing didn't fall of my hands a brake in pieces.
The problem with changa is that this bubbler has a quite big hole under the cone and even if I put a screen on it, it is too unstable to hold a small changa dose.
I'm still unsure about the efficiency on burning changa on a cone since till now I vaporize it with a machine I found on an older post called "the key". It's made of bronze unions with screans in the midle and a transparent 10 inch pipe. Till now it works for me good.
I would like some sugestions though on how is the best way to burn my changa with this. Do I have to put other herbs in the cone with the average 80mg changa dose?

I think you will definately get this thing working, could you stuff some brass scrubber/screens down the pipe? Or like you said, more herbs as a base.

I also used to use the key and it was good but sometimes I would apply to much heat and the herb would light and that was equally as good. Lighting changa/infused herb is fine.

I can't count the number of times I've nearly failed to get the bong down, how I stayed dry I will never know. I fixed this with a GVG:d
