Is beautiful ... i had only really seen the front page, a couple wikis and the forum header (intricate and incredible) but i was just paging through the "Fun" section and all the art work is so wonderful! This has gotta be one of the top sites on the net!! :d
 
Amen, agreed, all of it's such a great gift. I've never been to the Fun section, heading there right away...

If you can't tell by my recent posts, I am a devotee of Eris, Greek Goddess of Discord. Do you know her? I wonder if she's connected with Amen Ra, that would be quite a joke. If you don't know Eris...she's quite a bitch! Hail Eris!

Amen is from the hebrew "aman", meaning give praise; from there it voyaged to greek, through latin then to english. Sorry to burst your bubbles, but the egyptian root theory was the result of a claim by an esoteric neo-christian cult and has no academic basis or support.
But fun to contemplate nevertheless!
Just my 2 cents worth, but i'm a nursery brat myself, just hoping to one day earn my wings and graduate to full member... And yeah, i second you on calling it a great site!
