SWIM's a xylene head. He swears by it. Although the concept of pure DMT is pretty good with as clean as it is and all, SWIM believes that with using xylene one is using the plant more in the way nature intended. But it really is all about adding FASA to the xylene pull. It takes no time at all compared to the long winded evaporation time and you end up with a beautifully white product that is very easy to handle. When SWIM pulls with xylene he adds a minimal amount to his mimosa solution and heats a water bath (kettle and a sink) to 70c and lets the contents heat up. Keep venting pressure build up. At the rate the water will cool you shouldn't have to worry about loosing DMT. Agitate a couple of times with intervals of letting the vessel rest completely submerged in the bath. The Xylene should have changed from a clear substance to a creamy cloudy colour.SWIM never uses a sep funnel for this and always pipettes the solution off the top of the solution while still in the bath to keep it warm.If SWIY has done a warm naptha pull before it's just the same. Although SWIM likes to heat xylene a little more. The difference in yield is a beautiful sight
