Yup, it does...not sure specifically about filtering, but you can add AC, shake and decant for clear results. It's a real PITA if you have powdered AC, but I think chunks might work ok. Heptane, brand Bestine, is common in the states - Michael's Art Supply for example. It is sold in small and large volumes. Works great.What are you saying to reX with? The used yellow solvent? Wouldnt one want the cleanest solvent possible...
No, I'm saying I used AC to clean up stuff instead of re-x'ing...a different application than being discussed here.
