Yopo TA Extract --- Questions

I was wanting to do a simple TA extract with Cebil seeds (Anadenanthera colubrina) using Organic Grain Alcohol. First Fermenting the seeds, then blending them in 75% Alchohol and 25% Water. Then after 2 weeks straining through 2 screens. Then evaporating to a powder. Then combining with a Rape' snuff that is already carbonated quite readily.

I know the best way is to do the acid/base extract to get the pure Bufotenine but I wanted to see if this was possible. Also I always want it to be as close to the plant spirit as I can.

Wondering if this would work? Also wondering if I should also toast the seeds? Toast and ferment? Or just one or the other? Sorry for all the questions, I'm virgin in this department.

I would toast them, but not ferment. I used yopo a lot some years back, never made me sick but everyone I ever gave it to hated it, because of how ill it made them. So you might want to try a yopo snuff alone the try the combo.
