Zhuan Falun 'Turning The Law Wheel'

Migrated topic.

Rising Star
I have mentioned this book in a few of my posts but for those who have not heard of it yet I highly recommend grabbing a copy.

It talks about other dimensions, the soul, healing, entities, the cosmos in the microcosm and the macrocosm, supernatural abilities, the True History of Mankind, Transcending the 5 elements and leaving the 3 realms and many many other fascinating things. It is a spiritual science of the highest order:

Alternatively one can check out the Audio Lecture which covers the same stuff:

The actual practice can be downloaded for free here:

I'm curious, what did you get out of the book? It seems interesting enough for me.. But i must say the reading is tedious and the chapters seem long and reptetive.

I am trying to get seriously in a spiritual practice.

EDIT: After reading some more my opinion has changed. Some chapters (like the one dismissing healing) have been tedious. Others are miraculously magical reading. Almost reads like a fantasy novel but somehow it fits my esoteric world-view by the book.

Hey Sgt. Wow.

I downloaded the Zhuan Falun back when I first noticed you posting about it and had some exchanges on it. Haven't gotten all the way through, but it is certainly interesting. I think I will look over the website you posted and check the practice a bit to see how it compares with what I learned of chi kung. I may listen to some of the audio links later as well.

One piece of advice for you though. I think your posting short links and stating your personal opinions and experiences will be more successful than your former long cut and paste posts. The choice of all yellow text and the general length and meandering of the quotes is bound to cause people to just skip over.

This thread and links are probably better as people who have an interest will avail themselves. People here tend not to respond to long cut & paste stuff, but prefer to engage with you, the person.

I can't say I am necessarily the best person to give advice though... I am sure a lot of people might skim or skip over some of my long ass posts as well.

Peace to you man,
HF

@ HF, I'm sure there's mostly a lot of people like me. who look foward to reading one of your posts and take in all the information and feast upon it like a good greek meal :D

The book for me has answered many esoteric and spiritual questions and awakened me in many ways. The fact that it also conveys some of the spiritual topics from a scientific standpoint in a simple to understand way and doesn't try to get all flowery with it's wording is also refreshing.

I have found that this book in conjunction with the 5 Falun Exercises has given me alot more energy and inner peace. I also feel alot more lighthearted and spry then I used to and my sleep has become deep and restful. There are also however other profound things involved with this practice but these are some of the changes I have felt on a purely physical level.

There also is actually a book about the various health improvements people have felt by practicing this Cultivation Way, interesting stuff:

Hyperspace, glad you are finding it of interest so far. Yes from that website you can grab the 5 exercises in Video format. That book and the 5 exercises are the core of the practice.

In regards to the excerpts I have been sharing, I mainly shared those because I found that many of them had similarities to what people had been encountering in some of their DMT experiences such as entities, other dimensions, 3rd eye vision etc.

Also I don't mind if some people don't read them and skip over them, thats totally up to them. I think some will find them of interest however and I like to share them for those people.

I only just noticed there are teachers of this method all over the world. One teacher is in my home town, a 30 minute walk from where i live. I wanted to find a yoga teacher... This is better. I think i will pay this man a visit some time soon! :D
