100 gram iboga root?

I am doing a extraction of iboga rootbark and i was wandering how much roughly of pure ibogaine can i get from 100 grams rootbark

Looks like 0.5-3% will be Ibogaine. Although another 0.5-3% be Iboga alkaloids that are synergistic with Ibogaine, so you might wish to consider keeping those.
