It may be that too much water was added, that could account for it.

SWIY could either add a bit more lime or just let it sit and evaporate (both suck, that's why SWIM's tek says, too little water is better than too much)
Stirring thoroughly but not too much to get the naptha stuck inside the "shake" should still work, but possible take a little more effort.

If the naptha is totally clear that's fine, SWIM's for the first pull usually is, 2nd too, 3rd maybe a tiny tiny bit yellowish.
This isn't STB w/ lye, you're not getting all that yellow junk from >14 PH and tiny yellow lye bits.

Also, a drop or two of naphta jumped up onto his his chin (NOT in his mouth, NOT in his eye) just a few drops on his chin.

He immediately washed that skin area 10 times, and soaked it for a about 5 minutes. Should he wash and soak some more?

Is there something he should apply to that spot that will help pull out any remaining molecules of naphta? Thanks again.

A little rinse and wipe with a rag would suffice. This stuff doesn't just soak through your skin and enter your blood stream. If it did I'd be dead since I'm up to my arms in oil and naptha alot at my job.
