450g of MHRB in 2.2L of water need advice

Hi guys!! Hope everyone is fine!
I'd really like to be able to make 450g of mimosa in two 1.5L bottles, and I've been thinking about something. Let me know what you think.

The easiest way would be to put 225 g of mimosa in 1 L / 1.1 L of water (the bottle is 1.5 L, I would make 2 batches to reach 450 g) and proceed normally. My only concern is that it might be too much mimosa, and then, after adding soda and the rest, the liquid would become too thick, making the separation of the solvent too slow and complicated. Someone tried with this quantity of mimosa x water?? What do you think?

otherwise I thought about this: I simmer the mimosa (all 450g) in a pot for an hour, adding just 1.2L of water with vinegar and using the lid to minimize evaporation. I set the water aside and do a second wash, still simmering for 1 hour with 1.2L of water + vinegar. After these two washes, I throw away the mimosa, combine the two waters (because they obviously have different concentrations), and then divide it between the two bottles. I shouldn't have any problems, right? That way, I wouldn't even have the solid mimosa that makes solution too thick and makes it more difficult to separate the solvent, and I'd make 225g per bottle. I'm pretty sure it's fine, but I just have a question: are two washes enough? How much DMT do I risk losing without a third wash and throwing away the mimosa before adding the soda? I think two washes are enough to extract 90%, but I don't want to waste more than 10%.

Any suggestions are more than appreciated 😁😁

Yeah this sounds better but why insisting on throwing away the mimosa? in any case keep it till the end to see if you got satisfactory yields, you can freeze it. Is it finely powdered or shredded?

450g is a lot! use a wide pot and make sure to have enough water throughout. I'd do 3 or 4 washes to be sure and reduce to an appropriate volume

Can I ask why this desire to make it in such small volumes? Are you using mineral water, and it is all you have, or something?
I would have thought that even with two washes, using such small volumes, you will be leaving a fair bit behind.
I recently made a thread, thinking I had had a poor result using finely shredded bark in an AB extraction. I did a STB to check, and nope, good results, so my problem was with something in my AB technique. Super fine MHRB poor yield.
I have been thinking about this, and the only conclusion I can come to it that I used too little water in each of the two acid simmers, and I used more than you.
Yes, it's time-consuming reducing lots of tea, but it's not like you're doing much.

OK, perfect, thanks guys. I'd like to make 450g in 2.2L just for a matter of time, because I have 4 and a half days and I would have liked to make the changa too, but in that case I can do that later and focus on making just the DMT. So what do you think is better, make 110g in a 1.5L bottle leaving the mimosa (so 4 bottles), or make 450g together by boiling in a pot (4 washes with plenty of water and then reducing) and then divide the reduced solution into 2 bottles (throwing away the mimosa, however)?

The best advice has already been given, but I have to ask, why are you so set on a 450 gram extraction? In most cases, a 50 gram extraction is more than enough. With quality bark and proper technique, you can get around a gram of DMT, which should be plenty for personal exploration for quite some time. Large-scale extractions aren’t really what the Nexus is about, as they often end up being associated with producing DMT for financial gain.

I know that some people extract spice for bigger group of their friends, but still it's very well known that larger extractions are inefficient, mainly because a natural tendency of users to minimize its volume.
STB with 225g to 1l will be too thick, probably similar to what we would call dry tek.

Absolutely for personal use, but the price for 200g of mimosa + shipping cost is too high, so I bought 500g to “reduce” the shipping cost. And now i’m doing a PhD in a city were it’s very difficult for me to extract, so now (in august) that I return to my real home I have the possibility to extract, so i’d like to extract the whole things now and forget for a long time (50g of mimosa i’ll keep for possible ayahuasca)

Ok perfect thank you! So i’ll do 3 bottle (1.5l) with 150g each or 4 bottle with 110g each, i’ll think about it a bit, but if 4 bottle with 110h each have probably better result so it is
