"Dimemebfe (N,N-dimethyl-2-(5-methoxybenzofuran-3-yl)ethanamine) is a compound which acts as an agonist for the 5-HT1A and 5-HT2 family of serotonin receptors. It is related in structure to the hallucinogenic tryptamine derivative 5-MeO-DMT, but with the indole nitrogen replaced by oxygen, making dimemebfe a benzofuran derivative. It is several times less potent as a serotonin agonist than 5-MeO-DMT and with relatively more activity at 5-HT1A, but still shows strongest effects at the 5-HT2 family of receptors."

Does anyone have any experience with this compound? Seeing as it's a close relative to 5 meo dmt i'm sure plenty nexus members would be interested in this one :)

That's basically the work of every medicinal chemist and psychedelically interested chemist. You could replace the pyrrole group with a:
-Bolore
-Furan
-Silole
-Stannole
-Pyrazole
-Thiophene
-Bismole

...or any variation of a five-membered ring. And that's only limiting yourself to a five membered ring. The options are vast. This is essentially the work of Shulgin, Ralf Heim, David Nicolas and many others in the field. We are always making and looking for more compounds and seeing what they do! (not necessarily for their psychedelic properties, but for some!)

Edit: As far as experience, no. There are many claimed vendors but of course, it's all "claimed" to be sold.

I seen it mentioned on a european website but i doubt i would trust random euro vendors.

The chemical i'am looking forward to soon though that will be available in the uk is AL-LAD I'm hoping it arrives this year :D
