I had forgot all about this thread. Bump.


I fell off my meditation and am currently getting back into it on a regular basis. It makes me feel better to sit quietly and breathe. Many teachers out there and I would like to reference some here and there, I don't want to overload here with info. I would like to share what has helped me with my meditation.  I will start with Jiddu Krishnamurti.  If you have a teacher or a certain way that you like to approach meditation I would certainly love to hear about it.


Jiddu Krishanmurti has a great way to approach meditation.  What is meditation? I do not know what meditation is. Start not knowing.
