A question regarding dimmie, mesc and extracts

Hey all,
Have a question and this is the only place I can think to ask (just made an account and am new to this page so remove the post if any rules are broken)
Has anyone heard of DMT being extracted with an MAOI, so the extract can be taken orally? How effective is this (if anyone knows)
Someone was also telling me a while back that they wanted to try mixing mescaline and dmt as extracts, for a stronger effect (apparently smoking more dmt wasn't interesting enough for this person) the concept has stuck with me for a while and I'd love answers
