Acacia Confusa root bark STB

In the past SWIM used the STB technique (on the now hard to obtain mimosa).

My simple question is this:

SWIW has recently obtained Acacia Confusa root bark and is wondering: Can SWIm use the same STB technique they used in the past, using the mimosa...?

With mimosa it was root bark mixed with water, LYE and naphtha. Got many pulls.

My question is could SWIM use the exact same water, lye, naphtha technique using Acacia Confusa root bark? Would it yield to an extent?

Thank you very much. I'm in need of experience.

If not possible can you please send a link or explain how SWIM can extract for Acacia Confusa root bark. Does it need to powdered or does it work better in the pre-powdered plant material?

Please help

I performed a STB on ACRB. It yielded very few yellow crystals that melted at room temp. I have seen others post that they had success with STB on ACRB. You might as well try it if you have plenty of bark. I don't buy the "don't waste the sacred bark" thing. If you have an idea, why not try it out? Anyways, if you decide to try it out do post results.

Also, anything you can do to increase the surface area of the bark should, in theory, increase the ability of the solution to become saturated by the DMT. So the finer you can get the bark the better.

Okay thank you.

Also, are there any reports of using a different solvent such as xylene as opposed to naphtha which produced something? Most likely not, but I guess it all depends on the quality of the bark.

Question:

When doing the STB with acrb....does it matter if the water solution is given a warm bath or would it dissolve better in colder water?

Thanks so much
