Don't go ripping the trunk bark off the tree, you will kill it. :x
Using phyllodes only is great, though a small low hanging or damaged branch can be removed by first cutting on the underside with a clean saw and then from the top to finally fell it. This prevents the branch ripping laterally into the trunk and opening it to infection and disease. Then you can use all of the bark from the branch, all of the twigs and all of the phyllodes as well. Waste not, take it all.
The phyllodes will contain ~0.2%, the twigs slightly more and the bark ~0.5%
