ACRB Extract Help!

So I have done 2 pulls using the Q1/Q2 dry tek and everything went smoothly until the final evap. After the evap the 1st pull turned a gray/off white color and has not been melting/vaping using a glasss pipe ingestion method. The 2nd pull came out much more white with only a slight hint of yellow in the final spice, however again when attempting to ingest it does not vap/melt. Any help would be appreciated.

Here was my process.

1) shredded the bark (didn't powder)
2) boiled/mixed with vinegar thoroughly
3) Basify (added Ca(CO)2) and let sit for 24 hrs.
4) used hot water to heat and mix naptha, once heated mixed for 10-15 mins.
5) Drained off top layer of naptha and filtered any plant residue out.
6) Placed in freezer for 24 Hrs for precip.
7) Whitish yellow xtals formed on bottom, pulled off top layer of naptha
8) Took dish with xtals and placed in a dark shelf at a slant to let any extra naptha run/evap.
9) once spice was dry I scraped and stored in airlock bag in dark space...

Everything looks and smells correct but when trying to smoke it will not vape/create smoke, it just fizzles and turns a dark color... can anyone help me?

i'd say that your burning the spice... normal crack pipes don't seem to work very well for smoking dmt. it needs to be heated consistently at the right temperature. unfortunately i don't know numbers with precise tmperatures but if you look in the FAQ you should be able to find something. I usually either make enhanced leaf/changa or just layer the dmt between some herbs in a bong.. ive always used a bong and never used a vaporgenie or anything like that. A bong is a very quick and easy way to break through and can be done in a single draw.. so I'd recommend that personally-but I know most members here swear by the glass vapor genie with a copper scrubber in it

I've had no trouble with oil burner "crack pipe" pieces. Nowadays I use an eclipse vape, which is essentially the same concept, only much more convenient. Plus it doesn't carry the same stigma as an oil burner

OP, maybe look up the sandwich method and try that. You essentially just put ashes or inert leaf at the bottom of a bowl, sprinkle on DMT, then put more inert leaf on top of it. Then you light the top layer of leaf gently and the heat from it should vaporize the spice.

Yes Sandwich method will work or you can infuse any herb with spice or and that is probably the best is make the machine.

I'll try the sandwich method, I have a vape specifically for oil and it didnt seem to work, didnt burn it at all but it could have been low on charge, I completely forgot to try my old box and tube vape, im guessing either should work... should I use double screens?

I'm thinking I might need to recrystallize a time or two because my yield was absurd, 1 kilo = 30g spice
