ACRB Inner or outer root bark?

Swim is wondering if the acacia confusa has different properties on the outer root bark compared to the inner root bark? which is the more desirable or does it all go into the mix for as much result as possible?

Inner root bark has dmt, outer not so much (if any)

The inner is most desirable. That being said, it will not taint your end product just possibly effect the ending yield. For instance: 2.85% alkaloids from root bark (45% dmt, 55% nmt) About 1.75% is from the inner, leaving a remainder of 1.10% from the outer.

I've had much better yields from inner (or labelled as such) compared to whole ACRB.

The whole bark I used was only shredded tho, not powdered. So...

I'm going to do an A/B on some recently acquired 3" diameter ACRB utilizing the whole root.
My previous extractions were from outer bark only. Yield was always around .7%
I'll post my results soon.
