s8championjgh said:What about the experience level of people who use DMT? Is it no wise to go through life and gain life experiences?warren saged said:s8championjgh said:I hear ya. But take this into consideration: the largest amount of car crashed and car deaths occur at the age of 16 in the U.S. The next most is, 17, then 18, then 19. IMO, you can credit this to the fact that people at this young age are less mature and much more irresponsible. I'm not saying that there are not some people under the age of 18 that could handle dmt, but the average 16, 17, 18 year old is not going to be as mature as the average 19 year old and older.
Don't know if that one holds water.
Don't you think that has a little more to do with the experience factor of the drivers?
If you are 16 yrs old, you just got your license & you are on the road for the first time, so yeah, that age group gets into the most accidents. Not necessarily because they are immature, but because they are just now learning to drive.
17 yr olds have one more year experience so they are just a bit better at driving.
And so on & so on, until they have reached a certain level of experience & expertise. The curve then levels off until people reach another certain elderly age, then driving skills start to decrease again, having nothing to do with mental maturity.
Obviously an particularly irresponsible kid is more likely to get into more accidents than a responsible one, but you where talking about averages. Right?

Yeah thats my point, the driving analogy doesn't fit because that has to do with practice, not maturity gained through life experience.
