a great internet radio hub based in the SF bay area - "SOMA FM" has two options very similar to this:

SF 10-33 which is a San Francisco police scanner/ambient overlay

BUT EVEN BETTER

Mission Control which is ambient music overlaid onto NASA recordings - my favorite!

Here's a playlist I have of many many hours of ambient music. I often listen to it on shuffle while sleeping- it can make for some excellent dreaming!
