Would one of my fellow nexians with knowledge of chemistry please tell me if amonia would be ok to use to make alcohol basic for a MHRB 'cake method' extraction?
I don't know what happens when amonia is mixed with alcohol but I though this might be a good idea because it's already liquid (trying to make high proof alcohol basic with, say, anhydrous sodium carbonate is a bit impractical imo) and it probably wouldn't take much to do so. So it shouldn't smell to bad...I hope:roll:
