Any meds to avoid with DMT?

Are there any drugs/meds which should be avoided with pure DMT taken without harmalas?

I'm asking because i'm on prescription of "atypical antipsychotics" (Paliperidone and Aripiprazole), steroid (Betamethasone), anti-allergy (Ebastine + Montelukast) and steroid nasal spray (Fluticasone Propionate).

Sounds like maybe you just shouldn't do DMT right now. Won't the antipsychotics stop it having any effect, for one thing?

I don't know if it's problem in reality, but if you have underlying psychotic symptoms you are taking the medication for, I imagine DMT may not have a healing effect but rather shatter your mind more.
