I am using three equal length pieces from the same piece of San Pedro.
So far I have tried a no solvent -- except for water -- extraction using blender and a microw microwave. Which gave me loads of tar which has proved to be active.
I am finishing up a second unsing chuncks that are heated in water with a bit of lemon juice in it for a day or so at 160F. then drain and freexe and repeat twice. This has give tons of water to evaporate. I have used a microwave to dry most of it and am stil cooking the last water/lemon juice/chuncks cycle. I would guess that this is going to give less tar at this point but won't know for another day or so.
I was thinking of doing one more extraction for my own comparative purposes at this time. Does any one car to suggest a tek or any tips?
