I doubt it. It might look that way now, but concidering the drug war has failed already it is just a money pit. I cant see in 10 years from now the drug war carrying on as it does today. Places like portugal will, I hope act as an example of how to better deal with the situation. The only thing really in the way is the prison industry..they still benifit from the drug war..as well as legal drug companies.
