My friend can get me cheap solvents & chemicals such as D Limo, Ethyl Acetate, Heptane, Hexane etc but as he lives a couple of hundred miles away I can't easily get them.
As these solvents are flammable I need a decent ADR courier or could he just send them via Parcelforce or suchlike and plead ignorance?
