It looks to me like a Mimosa Pudica in which the flower is on its last legs. Was the flower pink? Another tell tail sign of a Pudica is its ability to move. The plant is a psychoactive however does not contain DMT. Pudica is used as a sleep aid and aphrodisiac.
I am not sure if it is Pudica since the flower is White as in the picture, and if by moving you mean that the leaves close when you touch them, then it is not moving.
I wonder if it is a different strain of Pudica.
I am guessing one thing is for sure..... no dmt content?
hawaii,
the seeds were sold as mimosa hostillis but recently I have come to find out that mimosa has white flowers in more of like a banana shape than a perfect sphere.
I am considering killing them and planting other mimosa hostillis seeds I found online. I am just hoping that these are the real thing.
But it would be great to know what the tree is...
Can someone confirm that this is not mimosa hostillis?
