Anyone used a centrifugal separation process instead of or in addition to a filter?

I was wondering if we could use a centrifugal separation to separate out the bark from the acid solution. Anyone tried it?

I also came across a company called cannon water.com that produces a water separation device that is essentially using centrafugal separation of solid from water. Not sure how much they cost and they seem to be just US based. I'm looking into finding a supplier or similar device in Europe. Im sure they exist.

Hi,

Yes we use a basket centrifuge at work to separate solid from liquid all the time. It is very efficient and fast. But I think a bit overkill for this process.

I agree that it can be overkill. I was thinking of building one but wonder if the return would be worth it. A coffee filter or another filtration system would be good enough.
