SWIM and his girlfriend are about to do an extraction and give this elf-spice a try. They're going to do it one at a time, SWIM first of course, but his girlfriend needs some kind of explanation of what to expect of him. Any general ideas?

SWIY should just tell her that she is about to have an experience, and that the spoken word cannot accurately paint a picture of it.
SWIM thinks his girlfriend is beautiful and is overwhelmed with love during an experience with her.
If you're looking to tell her what SWIY will look like, then tell her SWIY will enter a deep, meditative state, and that it will be over soon.

Don't worry, you're not going to turn into a stumbling, babbling, incoherent zombie. Just lay down and close your eyes. You might say "holy shit"

Most people lie still with their eyes closed. Usually they are concerned (unnecessarily) that they are going to forget to breath. Have the room quiet and comfortable. It is much different than salvia in that you don't have that compulsion to get up and move around when you are out of it. The intense effects only last about 7 minutes with one good size hit.

LOL
Very true. Definately the first words to come out of SWIMs mouth.

Don't expect anything.

Don't expect at all.

There is no expect.

Why?

So there is no unneccesary anxiety. No "hey... this isn't what I was told would happen!!". No disappointment.

Only wonder, enjoyment, and love 8)

Expect everything, and nothing.

Good correction.

I think this is a saying we can all embrace and recite while entering any entheogenic experience-

Expect everything, expect nothing.

Accept anything.

Accept anything is a very important thing to convey to others who haven't used [any] entheogens... when you try and run away from the experience, bad things tend to happen.

Last week a good friend of mine got some major hits from 40mg, and, presumably, it got very intense... instead of accepting it... he refused it... and guess what happened? puke puke puke... very interesting.

SWIM wonders if the fear of death comes from the lack of breathing, however SWIM noticed the breathing slowed, time felt like it going backwards so not breathing didnt seem out of the ordinary. Dunno SWIM is a novice at this.
