Are these cactus ruined/bad?

You know ebay has a pretty good returns policy, right? I imagine most sellers would accept the photos as enough evidence to give you a refund without making you mail back moldy rotting cuttings.

Yep, I contacted the seller and he is sending me new ones.

when i tried fermented cacti i was shocked by the large yield(stank like ass though, so used a gas mask)

I hope i wont either, it was due to neglect,
i let them stay out until we got an early snow, before moving to the greenhouse, and lost some to rot
the rotten ones got tossed in a barrel as they died, and sat until spring(yuck)
