Ran across an interesting article this afternoon from Dragibus about flavonoids and thought I'd post a link. I was surprised to see olive oil on the list, apparently it contains Quercetin and it got me to thinking about the ancient practice of anointing with various oils. Not likely to be any new earth shattering news to some of the folks here, but it was a great read nonetheless.
