well i thought the reason that it all dissapeared was because the ammonia wouldnt go through the filter it just sat there wouldnt drain through at all so i had to pour it off as careful as i could but it messed it up and he wasnt able to save any spice.  Swim already filtered a bit more from another jar and its dried white crystaly substance.  Swim tasted it a lil and it doesnt burn just tastes a little chemically and sour/bitter.  Im thinking he there should be no ammonia rinse when all the spice is collected this time around.
