Sounds like too large of a dose.Do get yourself a scale that measures mgs .001....even a .01 is better than trying to eyeball.White Lotus is the least harsh herb I have found, and I've tried many, many herbs.If you are looking for gentle herbs, go with the WHITE lotus...while not as tasty as it's brother the Blue Lotus, it is so much smoother. It actually feels like you are smoking thick air.
