"And I looked, and behold a pale horse:
and his name that sat on him was Death,
and Hell followed with him."

Behold a Pale Horse is a 1991 book by William Milton Cooper.
Written after Cooper had been a member of the US Naval Intelligence Briefing Team of the Commander in Chief of the United States Pacific Fleet, the book details many of Cooper's claims about the alleged influence of UFOs on US government agencies, the New World Order, the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the alleged Apollo hoaxes and other topics.
Another claim made in the book pertains to his own death. William Cooper, seemingly paranoid, claimed that he would be shot to death on his own property. True to his "fate," he was gunned down in precisely this manner years after publishing the book and settling down in Arizona.

Behold a Pale Horse is definitely not a book to curl up on the couch with on a Sunday afternoon. The topics William Cooper discusses will very likely keep you reading late into the night. There are two types of people in the world: those who want to know who exactly is controlling whom, and those who are more comfortable taking things at face value. What really disturbed me was the theory of the true intent of the government. Cooper's account of what the government is capable of in times of heightened alert is extremely relevant now. It is important to keep in mind that this book was published before the attack on the World Trade Center because the US is finding itself in exactly the position Cooper predicted. Whether or not you think you might agree with the information in this book, I recommend any book written by someone who was killed for the purpose of silencing him or her. Be an informed citizen and know what your government is capable of.

I was checking out this book the other day at a book store... would have considered purchasing if I wasn't so damn poor!

What did you think of it?

Well we know he was already a GOV mule. All he can do is blindly repeate the name of GOD like the rest of the ignorant world leaders. Dont get me wrong I am not insulting anyone but in my experance he just stood up in his canoe and shot himself in the foot. I have never heard of him but he fails my creditability test. no offence intended to anyone

Yeah sounds like a robot or a text to speach program reading. I gota get a headset im sick of typing.

It's just someone reading his book. I don't think it's the actual author. I thought the book was amazing. And what do you mean keeps blindly repeating the name of god? I don't think I heard that once? I wouldn't recommend the book if he tried to preach god. I'm agnostic and am against organized religion.

No offence as I said but its a bible quote. I think the 10 commandements are great I am just not a fan of organized religion. Please no personel attach intended. I agree it is interesting that it was before 9/11.

The young people threaten the older generation beleifs wich I think is a necessary process. So when I dont understand young folks sometimes I think to myself good change is occuring this is perfectly normal more power to the up and coming. There is a difference between being smart and being wise and please understand I claim to be neither.

I read all kinds of things as well not just things I agree with. People think I am crazy because I consider the opinions of others just as I assume you do. No attack or insult intended just speaking my mind take it for what it is worth. nothing

I would be interseted in learning more about this

Thank you. :d I understand perfectly and agree. I think the quote is fitting but belief in a god or religion is not necessary in understanding the book. Don't let it scare you off.

whistleblowers are very brave people

one whose name eludes me dropped a lot of revealing info during a speech and was snuffed with an ultrasonic field generator (directional, of course). he said he felt a burning sensation on the side of his face/neck, before he collapsed and died. a suspicious man was seen fleeing the scene by car. of course you can't prove these things because they
do well to cover their tracks, using our taxpayer dollars

the fact of the matter is, taxpayer dollars have a long history of being squandered on questionable agendas and military intelligence, sometimes against its own populace. you'd have to be asleep not to notice, or just plain stupid to be oblivious to the fact that history does indeed repeat itself.

this is william "bill" cooper.
