(This post is regarding the limonene extraction of mescaline, but the answer to the question could be useful to other teks as well.)
I decided to finally tackle the job of evaporating the vinegar pulls that I've had sitting in mason jars for weeks. I am using Mew's suggested method of glass pie dishes in a modified Nesco food dehydrator. It works rather well actually, so thanks for that Mew!
Problem: The glass pie dishes have rounded edges that are making it difficult to collect 100% of the dried material. I can't get the edges using razor blades. I used a butter knife with a rounded edge, which gets some of it, but not all. I don't think I have anything that fits that curve well enough.
What is the best way to be 100% efficient in the evaporation stage? Is there a trick that you have learned? I searched for a while but couldn't find anyone talking about this yet.
Worst case scenario, I could just mop it up with a piece of tissue and eat it, having a little evaporation day celebration, and give up trying to collect it for cleaning with MEK.
