SWIM has been planning to do some extractions with Arundo Donax. However before the extraction SWIM would like some assurance of safe product. I would like to know more about:

Arundo Donax -in general. (What do skinnier trunks and more bunched groups of plants mean?)
cyclic dehydrobufotenidine -I can't find anything on it.
Bufotenine -is this something you want to get or get rid of? Should I worry about it?
Bufotenidine-That page only has one line, I'm looking into it myself but any info on how to get rid of it or if I should really worry about it would be good.

I often see people on these forums expressing a desire to remove 5-HO-DMT (bufotenin) from their plant alkaloid extracts. It’s actually quite simple to do. Both freebase DMT and freebase 5-MeO-DMT are soluble in naphtha or heptane. Freebase 5-HO-DMT is very polar and is completely insoluble in naphtha or heptane. It is soluble in more polar solvents like DCM, ether, chloroform, water, acetone, alcohol, etc. Because of its different solubility profile, it can be easily separated from DMT and 5-MeO-DMT.

If this is correct, then I won't have to worry about bufotenine. SWIMs probably planning on using naptha. but what should SWIM do if SWIM choose to use the Water-Only Tek?

Plants that Contain DMT
Entire Plant contains 5-MeO-DMT (Shulgin, TIHKAL)

Flowers contain DMT, 5-MeO-DMT, and 5-MeO-NMT (Shulgin, TIHKAL)

Roots contain DMT, 5-MeO-DMT, 5-MeO-NMT, Bufotenine, bufotenidine, dehydrobufotenidine (Shulgin, TIHKAL)
If this is correct then I don't have to worry about any of it. Or Is it just listing chemicals that were found, was only 5-MeO-DMT tested for in the whole plant?

Oh by the way I'm posting these so that anyone can comment to support or deny these quotes validity.
