Burning Sage and DMT

Migrated topic.

Rising Star
Yesterday I decided to journey, and felt as if something else was needed. I've always approached the molecule with wisdom and respect, but sometimes I can be somewhat nonchalant regarding journeying, so I decided to give it some due respect this time. I rustled around in my house and found some Sage, which I had aquired from a friend. I decided that this was a perfect ally to clear out heavy and negative energies, and proceeded to burn it and walk around my room, stating intentions, and asking negative energies to clear out....Normally, I'm not too into ritualistic stuff like this, but for some reason, I felt as if I were not in control. I then smoked a hit of freebase, and laid back

WOW...I don't know if it was the Sage or what, but this journey was CLEAN...it felt as if I were as light as a feather, and every breath I took was pure clean oxygen..The colors of the vision were very bright and welcoming, it was as if I had landed on a cloud.... I got the distinct feeling the molecule was very pleased that I took the time to burn the sage and state my intentions...

What do you guys think? Was it the Sage? Was it the ritual? Or both?

And have any of you noticed different effects when burning different kinds of incencse, herbals, etc?

THANKS!!

From my friend's experience, ritual, sage, and incense have NOTICEABLY positive effects on journeying. Clearing the space & setting intention can do wonders for directing things in a positive direction. Let us know how your continuing experiences go. :)

RIght on, but how about incencses and such? Like, exterior allies? And Fractals, do you use incensce in combination w/ sage?

My friend sometimes uses both, but she also likes to make sure the environment is mellow and not over-full with smoke or scents. She uses incense more often than sage, but that's mostly become she has more of it. She likes to use sage for special occasions (not that the others aren't special).

Sage is good
Sweetgrass is divine :)
