Buying a Vaporizer

Hello to those of you who read this. SWIM is planning on buying a portable vaporizer pen. He currently uses a variable wattage vaporizer for eliquid since he gave up cigarettes and it works amazingly well. His question is this, all of the vaporizers out there are designed for wax, oil, concentrates, or eliquid. Sooo, if crystallized DMT melts with just a small amount of heat and it melts into an oily substance, what would be the proper category for DMT in crystal form? Is it more like a wax, or an oil, or would it just be called a concentrate?

The main reason for SWIM's interest is that he is very clumsy naturally and so using glass, torches, and lighters only spells problems for him. He only vapes DMT alone so there is no one to take the pipe, etc from his hands. He uses a classic vapor genie but that seems to be an impractical way to go since it is difficult to know if the entire amount was vaporized and if there is anything in the vg when he reloads, which would change the intended dosage.

Any help would be greatefully appreciated.

I have looked Into this topic fairly heavily on many different sites and I can't find one that has any definite answer, though I did put 60mg into a small amount of e liquid and attempted to vaporize it in my own vape pen and did not see any results. The vape pens just don't vaporize enough spice to allow you to get the full dosage fast enough (for me anyway) although I did feel somewhat relaxed after vaporizing all that I had put into my eliquid which took about a half an hour to vape it all.

You can see the vapor fill the pipe. Its the way to go.
