Cactus ID?

This is supposed to be pachanoi. I have no experience whatsoever in cactus ID. Could you guys let me know what you think?

It looks like very dehydrated PC pachanoi to me.

The lack of notch (usually V-shape) above areoles make me think that if it's a pachanoi it's a PC which is pretty weak, mescaline speaking. They can be usefull as grafting stocks though.

FYI, i'm far from being a cacti expert so wait for better expertise
