How I wish I knew off the top of my head! I was told this from a friend who works as an ER doctor at the moment, and he has given a lot of thought to how psychedelics interact with the brain. I didn't read the report myself, and trusted his word for it. But let me try to get a hold of him and see if he can't dig up his source. I should research this and read it myself sense i've taken it to be a truth XD

Something about this story is fishy...Tell your ER doctor dude that he should not be fantasising that he performs experiments on psychedelics in the ER unit. For once, I'd love to know how on earth he manages to get permission to perform measurements in the brains of newborn children, born naturally or after C-section. For once, the ethical implications are immense, hence so much bullshit this story is.

I think the thing with the Siberians is more complex in nature and needs to be seen from a more inter-galactic perspective, because most likely alien species are involved. As we all know Roswell is not the only place aliens landed nor the first time it happened. Between the nine egyptian gods, that are really extra terrestrial, intergalactic travellers and overlords, the Sirians and the Nephilim, and others that I don't have the time to mention here, there have always been a few renegade alien scientists so to speak, that came here to do experiments on us. One small fraction of them landed in the darkness of Siberian winter and modified the genes of Siberians (a long time ago).
It may look like what Shaolin explained, but the whole of the matter is that there was a purpose behind this, and that it was designed, not caused by exposure to the cold. They were trying to open humans up to a permanent dmt-experience-like state of mind to further our evolution in a direction they desired (something not all the races in the galaxy agree on, which is why this operation was clandestine). These were only preliminary tests on a small select group of people. The idea was that if the break through was not achieved then interaction with the world around one could still take place while being in an enhanced state of mind. Unfortunately (maybe fortunately), for reasons unknown, the experiments were broken off before any real conclusion could be reached and before the altered genes could be perfected. The renegade extra terrestrial scientists took off in a hurry never to return.... leaving behind only more mystery.

I picked up this info on my last visit to the halls of amenti - where I hung out with Thoth and Horus, chowed down some Soma and Ambrosia and then they told me about this...
Next time I'll ask why the aliens left in a hurry. It might have to do with some kind of resonance catastrophe due to body thetans or other discorporate entities hanging around... And let's not forget - time-wave-echoes of incident II...

Alright, well I was not able to enter into the halls of amenti at this point in time but I did find out some more via my network of higher order intelligences - the brotherhood as english so inadequately names them (since there is no gender at the level of inter-intra-being).
I was told that we should tread carefully with this topic as it might kick up some things that should best remain buried for a while longer. It was a bit obscure but they were saying some of these collective energies (I'm not sure if they meant memories) should not be brought back into the morpho-genetic field as we approach the coming magnetic pole shift, as this could create a very bad interference with our ascension pattern forming and result in a grand scale disaster such as with the atlanteans back then (though that was for another reason, obviously). There seems to be a lot more to it than just renegade scientists from outer space- I guess there was a reason why they chose the Siberians after all, and there have been global energetic responses to this alteration that affect us all in ways we can't really fathom.
The brotherhood however assured me that everything is as it must be and that we will find out the truth eventually. It is important however that if we somehow come by the whole story, that we view it without judging rashly, otherwise the reverberations through the collective consciousness could be dangerous, attracting all sorts of nastiness from supra-space.

I'm still curious though. I think if we keep a calm mind about it and our defences up (and our light-sabers ready) we can delve deeper into this material. I'm quite excited about this, seen as it's so far reaching. Perhaps we have discovered another incident (incident III ?) to run through now!!
