Can I use Sodiumcarbonate Decahydrate instead of Sodiumcarbonate?

I have 90 grams of Syrian Rue powder laying around on which I want to perform a harmaloid extraction using this TEK. For the TEK I need sodium(bi)carbonate. However, when shopping around I found soda which is according to the packaging 'sodiumcarbonate decahydrate'.

When checking Wikipedia on it, it says that every sodiumcarbonate ion contains 10 water molecules, making the chemical formula Na2CO3 . 10 H2O. When checking further, it says that this soda is the crystallized variant of natriumcaronate, sold as cleaning agent. My question is: can I still use this for my extraction? It seems the soda only contains additional water molecules but since my chemistry background is non-existent I'm wondering if I can just use it.
